Well I found a new shop, and when i say new, I will be the first tenant in this new building... The floors are coated in epoxy with traction specks(?), the space above the office is called a mezzanine (loft) for storage or even a desk and chairs as an upstairs office... the space above the bathroom has a hard floor too. Total square feet is 1336'... the pictures are deceiving but the space is big enough for 3 trucks plus shop tools and a large work bench... but since I will only be storing my truck, I will have a lot of room to build out a lounge and a chill area in the shop. I have my new painter for my graphics coming over to do some trick **** on the walls and more...

the entire complex is made up of 60% car collector storage units like this one and bigger. Everything is new and clean, the building includes IP cameras throughout the complex and being in the security business I have endless contacts to come over and hook up a sick system where i will have remote cameras inside the shop which i can control on the internet, as well as 24 hour monitoring with patrol response.
My broker wrote the deal to include a 2 year lease with an option to buy... plus a few TI freebies like new warehouse lighting, a ladder to the second level, a free month's rent, and more. I will know by friday if they accept the offer, but I used THEIR broker so it is a no brainer... move in date is Jan 9th... hopefully!

couple of pics...

I think i will rename my truck from prom queen to garage queen!!!

pictures really dont do this place justice at all... it is bigger than it appears and by the time my painter goes off and I trick it out (I cant leave anything un-modded) it will be a perfect place to chill.

My neighbor is a VP for a Coors/Corona/Snapple distrobution center and he is giving me a brand new large Snapple cooler (upright) for beer and soda! It would be great if I was a big beer drinker, he gives our family free cases all the time, but the shop will always be stocked with beer, snapple, soda, and water.

I figure it will take me about a month or so, depending on my work load to have this new shop tricked out and my truck there... so sometime in March I will have a G2G/Open house... with a BBQ, music, and more.
