The leak was just a bolt that was a thread to long and it didnt seat the drain flange.

Redid 1 of the heater core hoses, there wasnt enough room under the turbo for both.

Got the filter from K and N today as well...only company i could find a 6 inch inlet filter for a decent price, 46 dollars to my door with the clamp.

Paint on my home made oil catch can is drying tonight, might get that done tomorrow and i will have everything done.

So far im happy with the install its not as fancy as some i have seen on the site but i think it is very user friendly if something was to go wrong.

Long story short my NEW trans had been sent back 2 times for issues...today i replaced the valvebody (the builder fucked up installing the hd 2 kit) so it shifts now, and has reverse...but 3rd has a shutter and 4th slips in and out.

so here is a video of me beating on a new transmission

Timing is set to 14 degrees and afr is everywhere. (this is a safe tune to drive it to test the work i have done it is in no way a tune for performance)

Spool time from a stand still

It feels slower then before...i think

ill do some tuning and get a stock trans with an hd-2 and see how it does.

New 80e and Yank verter are in, truck doesnt seem to want to use 4th gear. Have a new harness on the way, i hope that fix's it.

If i can get the pictures off my other laptop (which crashed) ill post up some of the changes with the intercooler piping and the moved the factory coolant reservoir.
