Good save! I have nothing to add about a one-piece tierod but I have Kryptonites on both trucks and they are fantastic parts. Their customer service is fantastic as well.

A single piece tie rod is going to make setting toe a little difficult. I would wager it is minimally stronger than a threaded outer if there is good thread engagement.

I have heard nothing but good things about them. Will probably give them a call and see if it’s something they have ever been asked about.

The only experience I have with single piece tie rods are on utv’s. Most are billet rods with opposite threaded ends so turning the rod will adjust in/out making adjusting fairly simple. A lot of the high dollar prerunners and trophy trucks use single piece rods to the best of my knowledge. I would think a single piece of 1” chromoly, or machined billet, with threaded ends and heims would be significantly stronger than the 1/2-3/4” cast(?) inner. I mean I’m not planning on racing this truck but I do take it off road and I'm not easy on the old girl lol.
