Dyna pack I think is what they are called. I always get the dyno-jet's and dyna-packs mixed up. They are pretty good load bearing dyno's except with my exhaust where it is...it kinda screws them up. The owner wasn't too excited about that!!

Think Jarrett meant two grounds behind the intake that connect to the block. You don't need a ground from intake to block. Block to frame is fine. There should be a body to frame ground at the back body mount if not add one there too. I think your spark problem is something to do with your wires.

Yes the grounds behind the intake that attach to the block. The others should all be there but being the the clip has been off that truck something could be unhooked. As for the wires I agree with Cody; they are likely the culprit. I would never take a coil on plug setup, and add 500% more resistance to the secondary(high voltage) side. You could round up another set of coils, and wires, just temp lay thrm on the valve covers, tie them up with mechanics wire and be sure to ground each pack. This will be a easy cheep test, and you don't have to move your coils to do the test.

Ok so...I added a big *** beefy Ground from the engine-to-frame, like 2 gauge or something , also double checked the cab-to-frame, engine-to-cab, and engine-to-wiring harness. (Not sure where the wiring harness ground actually leads too but it's part of the engine harness).
They are all connected, however the engine-to-cab ground has about 5-6 other grounds on that particular stud, wondering if I'm getting some cross-signals of some sort. I'm gonna try to move those around a bit to see if I can't give them each some isolated studs.
I also tore apart the transmission wiring harness and swapped two of the wires. It didn't do anything for the speedo but it did fix my reverse lights coming on in every gear save Reverse. I had previously just pulled the bulbs out so not to confuse other motorist or get unwanted attention from the PD as to why my reverse lights were on on the fwy.
Anyways, re-assembled the wiring harness again and now all that mumbo jumbo works so the speedometer issue was not caused by the tranny harness.

I'm gonna start to relocate grounds tomorrow, maybe that will do it. I have an initial start-up video and oddly enough the speedometer worked fine on initial start up, maybe it has to do with something in the tune? (can anyone confirm this?)

If the plug wires are installed properly you will have no problem (500% more resistance to the secondary(high voltage) side.) Never was a problem, The only issue I had was with air being trapped in the boot and pushing off a wire or two, the easy fix was "burping the air from the wire boot"
I tried many sets of wires and these worked flawlessly on my truck.

That was prob before he got ahold of them
I belive they might work but there will be more power at the plug with a shorter wire. I was pissed because my MSD's were longer than factory lol. I'm just that way with stuff I can't help it...

Curt, what did you gap the plugs too? I'm gonna pull them and re-gap them to .30 or get even colder plugs maybe. Also gonna get some Di-electric grease and lather that stuff all over the inside of the boots!!
Hopefully those two things will help out.
