Trans is still with Gilbert getting worked on. The no 4th issue is turning out to be more of a hassle than either of us thought. He had it finished, but had the oppurtunity to test it out before he sent it back to me and low and behold it was doing this same thing as before, so since then he has been swapping around valve bodies and shift kits to really find out what the main problem is. Even so, I talked to him last week and it should be good to go soon, perhaps this next coming week.

Pre-LSX, but it has the rear and forward cooling ports, so to answer your question im not sure. 96-98 fits that I think...

I had Gilbert throw in some good stuff while he was in there, like a billet intermediate shaft and a rollerized rear bearing. Im sure he will add to this (or some other thread) when he is finished.

I think I found another issue.....after the last time I drove it, I left it there and it ran down the battery in about a day, and no nothing was on (that I could tell). I poked around at it yesterday and when I connected a new battery the ABS pump was doing its thing so I pulled the fuse. When I first bought the truck the ABS module was unplugged under the truck...

Any ideas what would make the ABS pump freak out? If the battery still has full power when I get home tonight im going to assume thats what ran it down...

You've got a shorted EBCM. You'll need to replace it, or have it repaired. I remember reading that somebody was fixing them, but I can't recall who or where that was.
