Yes, should be the same length, especially since I am using a factory intake.

Look closely at those bolt patterns. 3 of them are LS1, the other 3 are LT1. They are on different diameter bolt circles. See how 3 of them are close to the outside edge, and the other 3 are close to the inside edge?

Well, that's pretty freakin cool!

I can't remember what brand flexplate that is, but it's really thick IIRC? Is it the one that gave you bolt interference problems?

Its the TCI 399753. When I talked to Dave I told him this is the flexplate I would be using and he said he would build the converter to match.

That issue was the result of a couple things. The TCI flexplate is a lot thicker than the normal one, so the bolt heads are closer to the engine, and I was also using the ARP converter bolts, which have a taller head on them. Also the truck rear cover does not have the recesses like the LS1 rear cover, so the rear cover bolts are closer to the flexplate. A combination of these 3 things cause the torque converter bolts to contact the rear cover and rear cover bolts.

This time around I am using an LS1 rear cover, and non-ARP bolts for the torque converter, although they will still be grade 10.9 or better. I dont anticipate any issues like this...

It might look out of place for the work truck, haha, man do I have some funny *** ideas for the exterior.

Roger, you made me paranoid about the bolt holes. "Maybe you didnt really check them all". So I went and took it out of the box again and sure enough, they all match up (even if the angle of the pic doesnt look like it.

Also I need bolts 23mm below the head to get full engagement. Im typing that here so I dont forget.
