i bought a cam with out thinking and found out its a single bolt one and im building a 02 6.0l what do i need to do to run this cam. any and all links to the right parts will be great

 

they dont make a 1x cam gear thats a single bolt i dont think....and if you was to take a 3 bolt 1x timing gear and drill it out the so it'll be a 1 bolt i think the 3 bolts will run into the single bolt and ending up being "too big of a hole" basically.

sell the cam, or swap it for a different cam.

 

what niff said... you can use a 06 z06 cam gear to put a 3 bolt cam in place of a single bolt cam but theres no cam gear to my knowledge that allows you to do the opposite... if someone does make one what you basically need to search for is a 1x single bolt camm gear....
