No need to get worked up fellas. Like I have always stated, my kits or geared more for the budget do-it-yourselfer, who doesn't have the time or means to build there own kit, but wants to save few bucks. BOTH kits I believe are well made and make great power. For the most part, boost is boost, and I don't think either kit really has a performance advantage. The biggest difference is in material of the two kits. Tricks is stainless and aluminum, where mine is steel. Steel is cheaper and easier to work with, and that makes it cheaper to produce a kit. It can be coated for rust protection, but the aluminized, coated steel tubing I use was developed for exhaust systems to resist corrosion and prolong the life of the tubing. Is one way better then the other??? That's all in the buyer perspective and opinion.

I've kinda been held up as far as payment due to the hurricane down here along with getting laid off at work this past week... No worries though, everything is still on track... I'm just waiting on an update myself from Kyle. I'm sure he will let me know something as soon as he can. He always does.

Default back to 3.73s from 4.10s

And I can honestly say I don't regret it. I think it will be a little easier to hook up this way and still have enough converter to get it out of the hole half *** decent. Honestly, the SS3600 feels nice with the 3.73s

I swapped my entire rear for a stock 03' Z71 rear with the G-80. I plan on throwing a tru-trac in this one and calling it good... I finally have a rear with no leaks lol.

All of this is being done in prep for my turbo build. I'm going to try this converter out with boost to see how it does.... Might end up with a 3K or so. This one will flash like crazy hahaha

My mileage should get better too, I dropped sevral hundred RPM on the hwy.

Sounds good, a turbo likes to tug on a taller gear anywhoo.. Good luck

Yeah, I mainly did it to load the turbo better and still manage a decent 60ft before I have full boost. Everything else is just icing on that cake.... I have a set of 3.42s sitting here, if these don't work out, those will go in...

I enjoyed doing a WOT run earlier and not shifting out of 2nd till almost 95mph lol... Top end pull is much better even on motor.

what happened to your other rear end? i have some 3.73s and a true-trac sitting in my room for my truck. my truck right now with the 3.42s and 5800 shiftpoints shifts into third at about 90mph.

and post some pics of that front mount setup
