That's the bed off of my old 2000, I had to straighten it some and get a new bedside. But, it was worth it because I prefer it over the fleetside bed.

 

I pretty much have buttoned up everything underneath. I still need to install an extra 02 bung in the pipe that crosses over from the driver's side. (For the wideband sensor) I have noticed one of my transmission lines leaking from where it goes into the fitting on the case. It was cracked around the flare. I cut off about a 10" section of the line. I'll go get an AN fitting and some hose to fix the connection. I installed the engine oil dipstick and coil packs on the passenger side. Still can't figure out my heater hose connections, they were brittle and leaking. I broke them off and picked up a new dorman replacement, no matter with do - it won't slip into the nipple if the heater core. Great...

I stuck my intake manifold on for mock up. Not happy with the TB at all. I am going to buy a Nick Williams 92mm. I have always had good luck with his TBs in the past. I tried to save a few dollars, and it didn't work out.

 

I am liking the Nick Williams TB much better. I was able to make the throttle cable bracket that SDPC sells work. Took a few mods, but it will do.

. Yeah, this is taking entirely too long. I didn't even work on it today. It's too hot and humid. I work in the heat and humidity 55-60 hours during the week, sometimes I need a break from everything. I am off this Wednesday, I plan to work on it in the morning. I dropped my PCM off for the tuner to install a base tune for me. Just something close so I can get it running. Going to work from the tune I had in my old truck as a starting point. If the planets align - I should have a full tune and dyno numbers in 3-5 weeks. It is hard to plan anything with my new job. My schedule is a bit odd.

The intake manifold is on for good. I need fasteners for the TB , the factory stuff won't work. I only spent a few hours on it today, the heat is unbearable.

 

Looked at this for a direct swap and ebay says its incompatable with my 2006 gmc yukon denali? is this a returnless style?

 

My truck is a 2001 with a return fuel system. I am running a C5 Corvette fuel filter for the regulator. I do believe that they offer a drop in replacement for newer trucks though.

 

Yeah the 432 is a return style pump.... iirc 464 is returnless..
