Project Kermit

The 90 is sentimental and weighs a **** load less than the 05ecsb. I can imagine how it would be with the built motor and 12#... Can you say low 10's! Plus I'm tired of ******* with the05 and have too many cars and too many projects.

Dustin I made my mistake and spent my fortune on the CCSB. Ever since then I swore off dumping money into another truck. Everything that's going into Kermit is a carry over from the CC nightmare. There's definitely a few things I wish I hadn't bought and if I could go back I would of done it a better, smarter way and certainly not spend as much as I did. All told I think it was in the neighborhood of $30K in parts not including the labor. About $18K of that is stuff I was able to transfer over to Kermit, I've recouped maybe $6K off selling some of it and the rest is just lost into oblivion. My biggest regret is paying for all the labor, I was naive and trusted the people in the speed shops way too much. But live and learn right!

Is it Show and Go, or just Go?? I remember you posting a picture of it a long time ago but **** if I can remember what it looks like! When you getting your Camaro anyways, I've seen them rolling around here for a little while, why is yours taking so long?

The 05 is mostly go. It is lowered on some American Racing RTS 20's. It looks good but I was more about going fast. I am pretty much in the same boat as you were with the cc. After the Radix, two different turbo setups and everything else I can't believe the amount of cash I spent.
My order for the Camaro should be pulled for production on tuesday so hopefully I will have it in a month. I'm going to do cai, lt's, and a catback then leave it alone and enjoy the warranty.
I know how much faster I would be with a lighter truck and I'm tired of dumping money in the 05.

There are a few things I'm not gonna do myself, I'll probably take my truck somewhere to get my stereo, and alarm done. And also one to do my exhaust, need to find a good reliable shop, that can make my complicated design possible. We'll see.
