the P/S pulley is coming off along with the Alt & Radix brackets, this was just for mockup purposes. At some point I must have removed the cap , nice catch though!

Is that rusty steering box is driving you nuts? A little POR-15 would take care of it.

Problem here is it is still made of iron, and in a week would look the same as before. Could polish it then clear coat or powder coat clear, or a color for that matter.

Even w/ POR-15? I've seen junkyard axles with minimal prep last a long time coated w/ por-15 as long as they weren't drug across the rocks

got the final pulley alignment measurements worked out this weekend; ATI P/S pulley is spot on perfect , needed another set of eyes to verify this; now all pulleys and brackets have been removed for prep, P/S pulley is getting sent back to ATI for re-finish.

here are some pics of how we took the measurements (don't try this at home ):
