Have you thought about powder coating those black instead of polishing them? It seems like those would be really hard to keep shinny once everything is intalled.

BTW everything looks great!

yes I have and I like that look too!, so many cool ways to go

I've already decided that those pieces will get polished, but that will prettymuch be the last of the polished stuff for me, except for an alternator way down the road.

Already send the ATI pulley back? Can't you remove the anodized finish with brake fluid? Never tried it but heard it worked. If thats the case... maybe strip the pulley and send it to the polisher along witht he rest of the brackets? Just a thought

you think polish huh? I was thinking I might not be able to get all the hard anodizing out of the ribs

I know anodized aluminum can be stripped... I just don't remember the chemical used... other than I heard brake fluid will take it right off. I was thinking if you stripped the pulley the ribbing would come clean. If you still have the pulley you might dab a little brake fluid in an inconspicuous area and see what it does...
