For comparisons on this Dyno cam only 5.7l Ls auto cars make like 330 wheel on this Dyno. I did a stock 5.3 truck with a d1 Procharger and it did 350 wheel at 10psi so this thing is gonna be stupid on boost..

What converter do you have in there? Sounds lazy NA which will probably be perfect for boost haha

I'm excited to get some miles on it and have some fun for a bit.

I actually think his converter is going to be too loose.

Depends what the final power is but starting in a higher gear will make it seem looser, not tighter.

Got it back from Dyno, recharged the a/c, it's kind of strange if you idle it around in stop and go traffic the ac blows hot like the fan isn't coming on and I cannot hear it and the compressor is short cycling.. We jumpers the high setting on the fan and the fan does come on.The high turns on passenger side fan only when jumpered. It is currently wired off the compressor circuit for anytime the ac compressor is on. But does not come on when compressor is commanded. All sensors are reading correctly on scan tool, and system was just recharged. You drive the truck at interstate speeds it functions normally just fine, but when you slow down it stops I'm kinda scratching my head here anyone care to share a schematic? It has oe 05/06 e fans and some unknown aftermarket three relay harness and one wire off the pcm. That is function correctly on low speed..

Then had to get some miles on it.. And drove it to the nearest 1/8mile track and put some miles on it.. What better way to break something in f*** it! Oh ya here's my new cluster btw too I dig it.

And the wife got a vid of me beating a coyote, bet he was mad.. I was hoping to see some 7's that night but I don't think it's gonna happen at that track, prep was pretty much non existent...

Here's a pic of the slip (right lane) kinda crazy it pretty much runs within a couple hundreds of the pass I ran in March with a far more streetable combo.. Only issue the whole evening was it shredded 1 rib of my belt of the first pass I made I'm assuming because I had to pedal it three times but stayed on and ran 5 more passes and drove home 1 hour away. I ready have nothing to complain about the track was complete **** I had the 2 step set at 2200rpm and was leaving off the brake, and was hooking better than the foot brake at 2k. I tried 2800 and it just did a john force burnout for about half track.

I read that as converter locked in second gear. Maybe I'm wrong. There is literally no converter flare... That's not just a tight converter.

It's pretty tight.. Tuner said it was trying to lockup and stall the motor anything above 850. It does flash about 3400 when your cruising and whack it un locked. It's hard to describe its tight up top but Dosent seem tight down low.. If that makes since.. I'm not too worried I'm just wanting boost. Low 8's feel so slow to me.
