They are extremely tall overall. Like 3.7" tall. I had to make a huge notch in the a/c box and the brake booster has to go for a hydroboost. I may even have to cut a small bump out on the driver's side firewall near the steering column for them to clear.

Wish I had a Syclone

Man I dreaded calling them to ask what the dimensions of the tank were but couldn't find the info anywhere else. Dude said it was 12"x12x10". With a known tank volume of 1.15gallons that is obviously the wrong size so I just studied pics of it to get a rough idea of 8x8x4 which turned out to be what it actually is.

After: Just a quick buff with black emery jewelers rogue and a spiral wheel on buffer

Who made that timing gear? I would be careful on the cam journal. Did you mic it to see how much it changed?

No mic as I don't have one...anything billet is going to have burrs and stuff but it's a Comp billet timing set.

Timing gear looks much better. The journal concerns me, I may be completely wrong in my concern by the way.

This is my thought process on the cam:

If you look closely at the after pic you can still see valleys/grooves which will still retain oil. My thought process was that polishing will remove the burrs and turn the "V waves" from grinding into "square waves" creating more surface area while still maintaining the valleys for oil retention. Plus with it just being cloth buffing wheel and jewelers rogue only a tiny bit of material is removed. It more like burnishing than anything. If it eats itself then it's my fault.

I doubt the cam polishing is a bad thing. If you had a mic, it would have to be a super mic, because I doubt more than .0001" was removed
