So you have had the meth on there for a little bit. How much have you used so far?

I went through the reservoir over the weekend and refilled it yesterday. Then I went out and did some testing at 16psi last night. So I've probably used around 2 gallons so far. Tuning is easier with e85 but fuel mileage is back where it should be with the pump gas. I like the meth and it will be a lot easier to hit my goals using it.

I bought a 55 gal drum. It is 3/4 gone. two 15 nozzles and daily driving uses it up. My 315's and street /strip boggies love daily driving. What tires are yall discussing. My set up is in my sig.

Me and GMCtrk are running the 315/60-15 mickey Thompson ET streets. Are you running the MTs or the hoosiers?

I had 315 Mickey thompson radials . Got 295's now. I think they fit a 10" rim better. My traction is directly related to timing. If i have 15* from 3500 to 5200 rpm, there is no hope. 9.5-10* helps traction a ton!!!

I completely agree on the 315 fitment. Mine has about a half inch or so of noncontact on the lateral margin of the tire. I think they would fit better on 12" rims. Im pretty surprised MT has these approved for 8.5" rims.

Do you have an idea what you are getting mpg wise city and highway? Probably difficult to tell when it's constantly being floored for tuning.

Also during previous 1/4 times are you passing in 3rd gear with 4.10s and at what rpms?

I think I cross around 5700-5800rpm in third, maybe higher. I'm pretty sure the converter just isn't efficient on my set up anymore. I definitely need to go to a tighter converter ASAP.

As far as MPG, I have no idea. I romp on it way too much to care about it. Only way I will keep track of mpg's is if I take it on a road trip. I did get off of ethanol because of the mpg's but I don't know if it was getting 12mpgs or 5mpgs. All I know is that it would run out of gas far too often

haha maybe I should have asked mpt "miles per tank"

That's what everybody wants to achieve right?...to be passing the finish line in 3rd at peak performance. I was thinking if you raise the boost up do you think you might start shifting into 4th with the 4.10s?
