Right now I'm not running one. I've had them before and it was fun but I probably won't put one on this set up.

Now you can't see the cold pipes through the bumper. Looks much better. I think I'm going to throw the 22's back on it for a while.

Started the pump swap last night after buying some submergible gates hose. Gotta a really good deal on it. It was only $40 a foot

The track opens this upcoming friday so I just decided to just throw in one of the 450's. I didn't order the second hotwire kit and I will probably end up swapping a 04-06 tank and bucket assembly. Anyways, I got the bucket dremeled out and the 450 in. The hardest part of the swap was getting the damn filler tube back on the fuel tank . For some reason I always struggle with that part.

Later today I'm going to turn up the boost and get on the freeway. I'll make some test hits and do some logging. I'm wondering how much boost the 450 will handle.

I was pretty laggy until I hooked up my boost controller. The only time it is slow to build boost is from a dig. From a dig, I'm in full boost around 3200rpm. I'm glad I didn't go with anything smaller. I'll post vids of tonights highway rolls.

I tried to get a vid last night but the damn go pro was dead.

The truck is getting to be too much to handle. I really need to find a place where I can go 60-120mph without worrying about cops and traffic. Or just buy a dyno from dynojet who is local to me . I do plan to own one of those someday and hopefully its sooner than later.

I'm going to wait to turn up the boost until friday night at the track. It will be the best place to tweak the tune and get some good data. Right now max boost is right around 11-11.5psi. My assassin bars are still not here. I ordered them at the end of December and was promised to have them by the time my track opens. So hopefully they show up in the next couple of days so I have time to get them installed. If I can figure out a way to get traction this weekend, I'm hoping to run anywhere in the 11's.
