I was playing with the manifold yesterday and noticed that my 48mm injectors won't work. I'll have to space them up to 60mm or just upgrade to something with a 38mm height. I might as well buy new injectors since I'm already pushing my 850's.
Whats another $1000 right??

I have mine clamped.
I think he's recommending to clamp the overload to the rest of the pack. A lot of people have done this to further help reduce axle wrap and it also lowers the rear another 1/4-1/2".
I'd do that before you cut them.
What injectors are you looking at next?? Maybe some ID2000's

Not sure how you would clamp the overload to the rest of the springs. The damn thing is almost and inch thich and wouln't budge when I tried to bend it. I already cut it so no looking back now.
I don't have the funds for ID injectors. I think the ID2000's are like $2300
I'm thinking about going with the FIC2000. I can get them at 38mm and with a USCAR connector so it seems logical. I haven't heard anyone having problems with them on E85

Every time I see your gauge cluster it makes me want to go spend a grand at Autometer..
I like the JG cluster but really wanting to follow suit with what you did.
Any negatives to doing it in your opinion? I know you won't get all the warning/dummy lights but with as much as I have my scanner hooked up I don't see that being an issue.

Out of all the money and time I've put in this truck, the auto meter cluster is probably my favorite investment. I know that sounds stupid but it was a blast figuring out how to build the cluster to look like stock, wiring everything to work with the pcm, ect. And anyone I show the truck to just wants to talk about the cluster
I could have an 8000hp funny car engine under the hood and people would be shocked about the cluster. Its stupidI haven't found any negative. You won't have blinker indicators, and all the warning stuff but that was never an issue for me. I'm under the hood enough to know if the coolant is low, oil is low, ect.

I've been thinking about my fuel bucket assembly. I think I'll have the pump that runs constantly suck fuel from the bucket alone. Then have the walbro thats on the hobbs switch suck fuel from the bottom of the tank. So I'll drill a hole big enough to sandwich the pump sock between the bottom of the bucket and the walbro just like the 99-03 pump assembies are. Is this a good idea or should both of the pumps suck fuel from the bottom of the tank?
Atomic, I'm not sure how you set your up.
