Oh I meant desensitizing the knock sensors. I already have a little bit but not sure how much is safe.
I thought my downpipe was hitting the body on cold starts but I'm not sure it is actually the DP. It only rattles on cold starts for a second and then its gone but I got under there today and it looks like I have clearance. I'll have to dig into that and see what the noise is.

It may look like you have clearance however the motor moves quite a bit. Clearance with the 4" DP on mine is very tight, just enough clearance.
Also, to me knock sensors aren't doing much at these levels anyways. If you detonate at these power levels you've probably blown your motor.
Also, I'd recommend you lower your timing a bit. 17* at 20 psi is a tad too much.

Your truck seems really quiet
I've read guys leave the knock sensors alone, some turn them down and some even turn the senseativity up. Guess it depends on the tuners. I know my tuner has them still reading.

I can't remember exactly what I did to the burst knock tables but all that shifting knock is gone now. Stays solid at 15* now.
Choda, my truck was really quiet right when I did the exhaust but after the magnaflow had some run time on it, it got kind of loud. I wish there was a quiet performance muffler

So I bring my POS out to the track tonight on 19lbs and run the same times as I did on 13lbs
It's obviously the converter that is weighing me down at this point. It's just blowing through the converter and not putting power down to the ground. It only went 117mph and still has the same 1-2 shift issue. Pretty frustrating.
So I think I need to get serious and open the trans up. Never been in one but hopefully you guys can help me through it. And I need circle D to build me a 3B 258mm. Sucks that they are 1200$

A 3B would be pretty dang loose. I've got a 2B and it seems to be blowing thru it at around 800 rwhp. Thing brake stalled at the track to 4600 rpm and 9-10 psi at 50% tps. I could pull it out and drive it over to Chris for a restall but I'm too lazy and don't want to get under the truck anytime soon
