Going to use this as a reference. Though its not necessarily a pinout, it does give the location vs wire color information. So that should be enough information to make this work.

stock converter for now

So the tranny is officially installed Just waiting on the driveshaft now. Should be finished next week. Assuming all goes as planned, it should be moving under its own power next weekend. I didn't get any pics of the wiring mod cause messing around with that TCM connector was damn frustrating lol. But I do have the whole procedure memorized now, so if anybody has questions about the GMT900 80e swap, feel free to ask.

Thanks. I'm pretty excited to get this thing back on the road. Especially because I won't have to worry about the drive train anymore.

That depends... If you are doing the entire engine/tranny swap at the same time, you could do that. But you might as well use your current PCM because you'd just have to pay to get the new one tuned. Repinning your current harness isn't too difficult.

Well, the transmission and driveshaft are both in. Mechanically, everything seems to be working perfectly. Truck hasn't driven under its own power since before the transmission, driveshaft, gears and differential were swapped. There is no vibration up to about 40ish mph, haven't taken it any higher than that yet. No grinding, no whining from the gears. It sounds good

I do have a problem though, its either electrical or in the tune. There is nothing on the speedometer, and in the HP Tuners log it shows vehicle speed pegged at 158mph. This, as far as I can tell, is preventing the transmission from shifting into overdrive and not letting the converter lock up. Only thing I can think of is that I may have spliced into the wrong orange wire in the transmission connector, since GM thought they should put 2 orange wires in there. But....there have been no codes yet.

Ideas?
