Nice work on mounting those and the brackets look good. That's about how I'm mounting my heat exchanger. And you have more ground clearance than I do if you can drive over a can.

Do you have the deep Hughes pan or shallow one?

Yes its the tcase brace, it had to be extended for the 80e and i modified it to bolt lower to hopefully keep bellhousing flex down.
I have the shallow one, i forget how much shorter it is but i think its listed on there site. I would of gone with a deep one probably if i had known how low the other stuff would hang.

Yes, those will come off and go to powder coat right away.

I didn't even notice the slider, good catch.

Made a mock up intercooler, made room or i at least hope enough room for the intercooler. Will be a really close fit with a 3" thick intercooler, 3" radiator and then efans between the grill and water pump in such a small truck and bigger engine but crossing my fingers.
Got it loaded up and delivered to jsm and now its getting the exhaust made and all of the above mounted. Not very exciting stuff i know, but hope to have some nice turbo manifold pictures to share soon..

Brought the truck home in the snow yesterday, hotpipes all done, 3.5" dp off turbo down to trans where it opens to 4" all the way to the axle.
radiator efans and intercooler all mounted.
One pic cause my phone sucks, lots of parts on order and still lots of odds n ends to do..
