wow looks like you doing it right. i like how clean it is. just wondering what did you blast it with to get it that clean.

Yeah I want to get that think between the frame rails allready!

Thanks man. The Block was put through an oven-bake @ 525* for about 40min and then went into the blast machine which uses lead shot to blast all of the burnt contaminants off the surface, and then into a shaker to get out all of the lead shot. All brand new machines at school. I wanted to take advantage of the opportunity while I could.

Yeah it is very well equipped. I go to Citrus College in Glendora, CA

Update!

Summit deliveries = Christmas

Main Studs and rod Bolts





Took the Crank to JMS Racing Engines to have it micropolished.

Looks Great





Getting the studs in to re-check the main housing bores.

Well...I was there in the desert from this past sept to dec...and from oct to feb the time before. I didn't get 185k on my 04 Suburban by lettin it sit in the garage lol. I've done 3 cross country trips in it already and I'm sure I have plenty more to come. My job keeps me moving.
