Looking great! How much overall travel do you expect at the wheels with those air springs? I'm contemplating whether to use a reversible sleeve type or convoluted bellow like you are.

The theoretical number is about 11½" of travel at the axle.

Done! Well I was a little earlier but family came over..
Rides well, would like to take on a trip on the freeway to see over bridges. I'm playing with pressures a little too. Started about 60psi but softened up and only went about ½" lower at 45psi.

That looks great! 11.5 is a lot of wheel travel. Looking forward to hearing where you end up with pressures.

It's tough to get design loads from air spring manufacturers. They typically list them as a replacements for a certain application. Ideally we would have the design load, pressure and height for the the air springs and we'd be able to better select one. I'll keep digging and asking around.

I'm use to working on bagged trucks, 11½ doesn't should like too much. Lol

But I was talking to Thuren and wanted to match the King shocks they offer. And BTW if anyone ever wants to order the kit for their truck, go through Thuren! Amazing customer service, I even spoke to Mr. Thuren about this and gave great input. Plus there kit have specific valving depending on driving style.

So I had to just mix in all my experience on bag placement and stroke. I didnt want to go over axle for ride quality and travel but didnt want to go too far back on bar.
in the end I will put ride height valve just like a big rig with the dump feature.

Lastly, if you really want to nerd out, Firestone has the best tech data. Google, "Firestone engineering manual" and it should bring up a PDF with a buncha stuff. Pretty cool but it makes my head hurt and it's only limited to Firestone and no other brands.

Co worker asked, how low and high does it go? So I took some pictures.

that's with 90psi, technically it should still go up another 2"

I was going to ask about the stock shock locations but see you have a plan for that already. Nice work!

Does the UCA attach to the stock front spring mounts?

The shocks are going in stock location, just upgrading to the Kings. I spoke with Mr. Thuren yesterday and he wants to change the rear valving a little. Hopefully see then in about 6 weeks.
yes, they go into stock spring mounts.

About 50psi is where I'm liking the pressure. It's about ½" lower, so it sits about level. 45psi seemed too bouncy and 60psi was little stiff.
