my sons truck is a stock'ish lq4 and its a really fun truck putting down 340/380 i think it was so i imagine yours feels pretty good at 460 with over 100 more HP that should put you deep in the 12's with traction
Yeah I need to get some drag radials after these rear tires run out for sure. Also the truck's CR is 9.5:1 so this might be why you think it should make more power. Some guys on here run stock compression with Turbos

Got some squeaking while idle and driving turned out to be the belt because I didn't put the power steering pulley on all the way. Replaced the alternator with a 130 amp, idler pulley, and tensioner pulley as well as the new belt of course. Going to try and replace my full steering rack soon.

Wanting to add some history of the truck down. I thought my engine caught on fire at the traffic light. The cab filled with smoke because my heat was on full blast. I got out with my fire extinguisher and looked into the bay before spraying (thank god) I smelled/saw my oil infeed was leaking on my header. Took me about 2 weeks to get it fix due to weather and not knowing exactly what was leaking. I had to flip my oil infeed around because I couldn't find out what was leaking after replacing fittings. Turns out somehow the rubber hose inside the steel braided line had a hole and I watch oil "bleed" through the steel braiding that had no damage to it. So I cut that section off and reinstalled the hose end fitting and it's perfect now.

I am getting 12.5 average mpg constantly. Where are all these guys who said they get 20? My cam and rear gears aren't helping me that's for sure. Along with Seattle traffic

Replaced the full steering rack and got new outer tie rods. Again... the old ones were a year old. I didn't want to risk them being damaged when I took them out to replace the rack.

Installed and also got some Firecore50 spark plug wires. Those things are nice.

Ceramic coated to hold up to 2,000 degrees

Coating done at Performance Coatings in Auburn, WA. Will do the down pipe and turbo housing later this summer.

Transmission went out again not even beating on it. Truck is my daily and put over 15,000 miles since almost an exact year ago I had the transmission built. Shop said the planets went out again and tried to blame me even though in their own words they couldn't find any sign of the truck being abused. The shop is rebuilding it again with a new case and I am paying for new transmission fluid lines. Hopefully the problem was in the case and my planets can last longer then a year. Also I have a rear sway bar, new power steering pump, and some misc suspension bushings needing to go in. I am also getting the truck tuned this weekend for a bigger spring. Hopefully my 460hp truck won't break a "built" 4L80E. How does that even happen? I'm going to ask for a detailed parts list this time.

So you broke a 80e?

I’d find another builder.

Got the truck back with the new rebuild on the transmission and now the trans makes no noise in 1st gear where before it almost had a super charger wine. Turned out my old case was bad so it was replaced with a new case and now makes no noise. No charge to me at all. The previous owner must have got the case really hot... Also went ahead and put in the bigger waste gate spring I have to be ready for a retune.
