I pulled all the injectors and they all looked fine...tested them with a power supply and all click fine and all show the correct resistance across the coil. Sent them back to FIC anyway to be checked out. Also bought a set of stock injectors to test against.

I upgraded the underhood lighting and holy ****, these are 10 times brighter than the ones that were there, I think they are brighter than my worklight

Found my problem I think....cylinder 7 has 54% leakdown and I can feel it leaking out of the exhaust port...I should have had a valve job done while I had the engine apart. Shucks.

So found something interesting....I put a pressure gauge in a block to my meth nozzles and played with the pump a little bit measuring pressure at the nozzles. Long story short, its interesting how this kit works (alky control). The pressure varried so fast at, lets say, between 120psi and 30psi it broke the needle on the gauge! Probably 20-30 times a second. Pretty impressive actually. Gonna retry it with a liquid filled gauge.

Would be cool to put a transducer there and log it and actually graph the pressures.

I am trying to create a transfer function between nozzle pressure and intake pressure, since the controller references intake pressure anyway. If I have that then there is no reason to log it since nozzle pressure (and therefor flow) are a function of boost pressure. I have some data points so far but the needle was so unsteady it was hard to get an accurate reading so ill need to retest them all. With that said, 1 and 2 14gph nozzles empty the tank and fill up a bucket fast!

The goal in this is to see if the pump can support 3 14gph nozzles without dropping pressure.

If you were closer I'd supply the meth for your studies haha.... I have basically an endless supply of 100% meth.. I keep a few gallons handy to de-ice natural gas lines but that's about all I use it for.

It's cool to start fires with too!!!
