put a speed sensor on the turbo! that would be very interesting to see. idk about yours, but with the ams odd dealings on my truck it is very audibly (sp?) noticeable when the wg is open partially and all the way.

Wanna donate $400 and machine the compressor cover for one?

I looked at the dyno data again last night, and after we fixed the issue of it spinning on the dyno it picked up close to 100ftlbs peak torque when I added 2 degrees at the same rpm.

I dont think I have room to put another gauge anyway

If my shortblock sells ill buy one

Also I need to come up with a better way to monitor backpressure...the copper tube keeps snapping off. Apparently copper doesnt like 1500 degree exhaust...

It may have been "maxed out" but that spread could be fixed! until you got bushings or cam plates

toe it and blow it haha or set the toe and let it go

sorry but no, after turning the wheel while moving and letting go and the wheel kinda straightens out thats actually your SAI angle (sterring axis inclination) and positive caster is actually good to have at high speeds, think of the front wheel on a shopping cart (negative caster) and how at a slow walk its wobbling around now look at the front tire of your bike (positive caster) it handles the speed.

I know this was PAGES ago but when you go to slap your aligner you should be armed with the facts haha. that caster spread was extremely unacceptable and it shouldve never left the bay. that camber spread is "technically" ok but I dont like seeing more then .3 spread on camber.
basically the rule is the vehicle will pull to low caster high camber and your not supposed to have more then a .5 spread combined, depending what school you went too they want you to "compensate" for road crown and have a slight favour to the left but I consider that lazy alignment and I always set mine dead even

edit to add:
if you come here, i'll do your alignment for you but you gotta take me for a ride haha

Thanks for the alignment input guys, I plan to get the bushings and arms roger linked to so there is some adjustability in the setup. I have just been really busy lately with starting a new job and moving so I havent had time to have the truck down. In the alignment guys defense he was not happy with how it came out, but if the adjustment is maxed out its maxed out.

Ran at my local track for the last time before I move last night. Didnt touch the tune at all, just increased my 2step 200 rpm each time (from 3000 to 3200 to 3400) and adjusted my traction bars some before the first run. First was 6.715@108 with a 1.7, second was 6.55@109 with a 1.62, and last was a 6.41@110 with a 1.51. I did a small burnout on the last one (usually dont do one at all). Left on 12psi and it spun some when boost hit 17 before it shifted. Only have about 15 degrees of timing in it.

The guy next to me blew his motor and sent fluid all over the track so they shut it down after this.
