Ouch on suspension braking and cutting driveshaft. That blows. Brakes look good, bet they perform much better than the previous setup. I need to do that rear brake conversion on mine. Truck looks great! I know that that trip to Nashville had to be fun, I want to go to LS fest, I bet that was a good time.

If you look, you can see the outside tread indicators. However, these tires are nearly 3 years old so likely starting to heat cycle out. I will likely have to replace them before the tread is completely gone.

As for the rear brakes, What about a dual piston set up like the SS trucks used? same as what's on the Suv's.
I considered the SUV dual piston calipers but they have slightly more piston area than the non-F44 calipers I was removing. I also had issues with the rear wanting to come around on heavy braking from higher speeds so thought a little less bias on the rear would help that too. I have not been on course with the new rear brakes yet but from some street testing, braking seems to be more balanced now.

The OBS front conversion for 15's?

I went to my first LS fest in Bowling Green in 2013 for the Truckin Throwdown. I didn't go in 2014 because the truck was hurt but have been every year since 2015. As a participant, I feel it is getting too big and a bit hectic. If it were not for half the autocross being split up at NCM, I may stop going as a participant. However, as a spectator, there is no lack of entertainment. Plenty to watch from drag, autox, drifting, burnouts, offroad, dyno, carshow and a huge vendor midway.

Harness bar is complete and installed. It was a lot of work, trial and error getting it to fit the way I wanted but I am pleased with the results for my first attempt. Well, except for the paint color. The cap was an exact match to the interior trim but dried significantly lighter. I do plan to get some vinyl to wrap the door bars, as I can already tell the buckles are going to chip it up if not super careful, so can do some color correction there.

Final fitment before seats...

Currently bolted to cab floor only with 4x4x3/16 plate and 4-1/2" bolts at each attachment point. One race I do every year, rules would put me in a different class if attached to frame. I am not sure how much stiffer it would make the frame at those four points anyway. Solid cab mounts would likely work as well and not break the rules. I am confident this is as strong or stronger than the seat integrated restraints in the event of a crash. However, I am considering reinforcing the underside of the cab floor at the attachment points.

A backing plate would help a ton.

I agree. Next time I break out the fab tools for the pending rear suspension work, I plan to cut out some backing plates.
