Mine is a 2000 model. I'm keeping the BCM for the power windows, lights and all that ****. The fuel pump will be wired through the XFI, as will the fans, since my factory harness didn't have those anyways. I'm also gonna run a heat exchanger pump and two small fans for the heat exchanger that will be all ground switched through the XFI. Just curious about how to keep thing like the factory fuel level, and AC working. I could care less about the CTS, as the factory gauge never was accurate. Got an autometer pod gauge and the XFI for logging that

I think your HVAC will be easier to deal with due to no serial data involved. Will still need some kind of logic control for the A/C clutch, with inputs such as A/C request signal, all the A/C switches, RPM, throttle position, etc. Outputs for A/C clutch, fan control... Haven't really got to that point yet.

Here is the wiring for C2 on the underhood electrical center on an 04 truck. Circuits used are highlighted (a couple are optional). Some can just be left intact, but some are modified. Those not highlighted can be removed. This is not exactly what I did because my range indicator display controller is doing neutral safety duty. I also attached the pinout for the range switch on the trans.

I have the IC pump, HX fans, line lock and Magnafuel 750 secondary fuel pump re-wired to the new box. I had dual Hobb's switches to activate the 750 in case one failed...guess I will still retain one for backup as the Dominator can be set up to activate a secondary pump. Debating on keeping the AFX WB for now. I have dual WBs on the Dominator.

The ABS will no longer be functional as the inputs from the PCM will be missing, but I will keep the wiring to it while I still have it plumbed in. Hoping that the automated bleed will still work if needed. Will test it once I have everything back together. The EBCM in this vehicle has a serial data connection to the DLC only.

I hadn't considered that on mine. The ABS function that is. Eh, who cares haha. We have hydroboost, we'll be fine!

And its not like I drive this truck in the winter. I think the last time the ABS kicked in was 2007.
