I was also going to recommend in addition to jumping the starter; to hold the key in the start while shifting the transmission through P-D, that will tell you if the neutral safety switch is whacked, unless of course it's completely disconnected or bad, if its simply misaligned it should try to turn over when you hit the right spot.
Good luck !

Got it all figured out!!! It was the damn starter solenoid. I toon the starter off took it to auto zone and had them do a test and it passed so I had him run another 5 times on it took it back and put it on and started right like that. While I'm writing I'd like to thank everyone for chiming in and putting in there .02 cents of advice!

So just a quick update, finally got the truck up to the tuner like i said before, i'll be up there this coming week to pick it back up and take her home!!
here's a pic dropping it off.
Also as i was finishing up my build my buddy started pulling the motor on his c5 vette kinda funny how it is all happening in a very small garage with just enough of everything in it.
other than these update's i have nothing. ill get video on the way back from kc this weekend.
some future things i'd like to get on this right now is an intake tube and bigger filter does anyone have any recommendations maybe???
and a vacuum block so i dont have so many T-connectors everywhere.

well, right now there building a solid cold side for it so i have the least amount of couplers on it, then when i go up there to get the truck there gonna tune it, but were gonna have a low boost setting between 9-12# then a high boost setting up at about 20# or higher
