Default Fingers crossed 4.8 build

Very new to v8/ auto Trans performance. Putting something fun together with a local shop. I have an 03 Silverado single cab project that I started a few weeks ago. I don't claim to know all or even a lot. I have a plan that I intend to stick with for the most part but would appreciate any constructive feedback from guys that have already walked this path. Plan on seeing what the stock block will hold before building one. I will post pics of current progress shortly and through out the build. So far I have:
80mm billet wheel Borg Warner
High rise intake w/fuel rails
Nick Williams 102mm DBW TB
Fuel injector development 1,400's
Had a SC shop (forgetting name... Phone# ends in 1320 lol) do my converter w/ 3200 stall
Bell tech suspension (installed)
243 heads (bought 27MAY15)
I'm sure I'm forgetting some odds and ends purchased already. Plan on tuning(shop)with hp tuner. My biggest head scratchers at this point are.... Trans, rear end and valve train. I've researched the obvious Trans shop packages and I have a local shop that has built some of high hp Trans for the shop on stand by while I do my homework on the KEY components of a 1,000 hp 1,000 tq capable 4l80e. I just want to understand it all better before I buy. I got a great deal on 243 heads missing rockers and pushrods. Not looking to go all out on heads as far as porting right now but after cleaning and reassembling would like to put something solid back together. Rear end I'm just starting my homework on so any suggestions would be great. Goal for the truck is full interior, a/c, powerstreering 800-1,000hp (understand won't last forever on stock block) semi- streetable. Would love to touch 9's but expect low 10's until we do the built block. Thanks for taking time to read. Appreciate all support/advice in advance.

I think around 600-700whp the rods will start to bend.

Are you building a turbo hot and cold side or who are you buying one from?

The jury is still out on the manifold setup.i considered the cx hot pipe kit but im uncertain it can handle the weight of the turbo im using. I have a really good local shop (Metalworx) who usually does my metal fab work like cages, downpipes, exhaust etc. if we flip the manifolds with the turbo in place and cant make it work I guess I will be buying/building something. For now though... The plan is to flip the stock manifolds.

I was going to convert to DBC with the Holley Throttle Body but I decided to stick with Drive by Wire. Seems like it will eliminate alot of future headaches.

Sorry been busy as heck. UPDATES INCLUDE:

Put in touch screen head unit, amp with JL shallow mount 12 and its great
Fuel injectors came in
Truck star wheels showed up
Borg Warner 80mm billet wheel showed up
Trans is built and on the way

Just waiting for my stuff from Tick performance (cam package) and this thing will start surgery. Should be by the end of the week! Other misc. fuel stuff came in also but its just kinda blah... I will keep posting up pics of the progress. I went with 17x7, 17x9.5 Can anyone recommend a tire size package that they have had success with? I was looking at M/T 295/45/17 for the rear but clueless for the size up front. Any suggestions or pics would be great thanks!
