the pulley is 4", cant remember the size of the belt. Before I had to remove the idler pulley on the procharger bracket to get the belt on. I may get a piece of rope and wrap it around to see what size belt is needed

Is there a stock tensioner that I could use that would be better than the one I have?

Surprisingly my stock tensioner has done excellent. Try a gates k061120 it is 112 1/2 or the next size smaller.

How are you installing the belt? I rap all the pulleys except the waterpump since it has no ribs and a slight taper to help get the belt on. Doing it this way will get allow you to install the shortest belt possible.

My belt is about 115". Can't go any smaller. There's only about 1/8 turn on the tensioner

Thats weird, I am running a size smaller then the number I gave you, it was tight but went on. I am running the same belt I had when I had my p1, with a 3.5 or 6 pulley. But i did reconfigure my idlers( old style bracket) Still 3'' diff.

So I'm still having fueling issues. At 5600 the fuel pressure bounces between 65 and 45 and at 5700 I go into rep.
