Plenty of fuel yet still hasn't gone full throttle with it. If I don't hear a full pass by tomorrow night I will be pulling your man card.

so got to looking at my belt. I need a new tensioner again

Would a too small of a belt cause this. I can barely get it over the tensioner but it stretches the belt to about half way? If its too small, how much bigger should I go? 1/2"

Or I can put a smaller pulley on. Just picked up a 3.85, 3.7 and a 3.6 for a great deal.

Belt actually sounds to big. What size pulley and belt are you running?

I think your tensioner is opening fully causing it to break. On mine the belt has to be put on the crank pulley last because it is so tight to start. It can never fit over the idler pulley last during the install.
