1-2mph delay for a shift is acceptable considering how fast you accelerate over that 1-2mph. Whats your issue? Hitting limiter?

Its going into REP at about 5900 rpm. Fuel pressure is stuck at 50psi. ordered a new FPR. should be here tomorrow. That should fix my fuel pressure issue.

Havent done a off idle launch. Ive stalled it to 3K and will jump to 3600 on the punch.

Drop your MPH low and rely on RPM as the trigger, see what it does. You can do 5200 like you want just to be safe. The PCM waits for both the MPH and RPM to be met before it commands the shift. Also, what do you have your shift times set at? And do you have any TQ management in it still?

timing was zeroed out for the shift kit. I have 20% in the performance mode but haven't tried that yet.

New fpr is in. But im only getting 53-54 psi max in boost. Think its time for a better pump. Currently running a racetronix 255lph and stock wiring. The old fpr was in terrible condition. the screen was clogged and the metal dish was caved in.
