I broke the nipple off of the heater core when I did a cam swap on my old truck. I cut it off with a dremel and got a new 1 from the dealer.

yea, I may have to do something like that. I try and get a pic and post it up to see if we are talking about the same thing. These coolant lines are starting to become a PITA. Guess thats what happens with a 12 year old truck thats spent its whole life in the AZ heat.

and even with the spacers the fuel rail didnt line up quite right. I had to drill a hole in the mount on the fuel rail to mount it. Im definitely taking the manifold off next time I mess with the fuel system.

Just loop the coolant hoses and bypass the Heater core for the time being since you cut the hoses already.
Since I deleted A/C and such on my truck I just looped those hose lines around.

So more issues with the fuel system. Key on engine off I'm getting 50psi and wot is 50psi. So the injectors are maxed at 5500 rpm. Guess I need a new fpr

Also, its not shifting at the commanded shift points. Had the 1-2 shift commanded at 5400 and 33 MPH and it went all the way to 5700 then went into REP mode.

It shifts great with anything under wot. Afr is at 11.3-11.5. Max timing was 9.5. And about 140kpa or 6psi at 5400 rpm
