Granted you have A LOT more going on with this build than most, but peopl erun 42's with boost quite frequently. Just get er done and shift it where the injectors start to run out of life. My guess is that it will be before 6k though...

Would it be bad to install the procharger with the 42s and a non referenced fuel system? Ill set the shift points to about 6k untill I can get the 65s in. Current IDC at 6k is 51% with about 20% E85 still in the tank.
I ran my 42's no boost ref with no prob when i had my ls1/p1 combo, you should be fine with them till you can upgrade later.

Yes, those connectors should work. (USCAR/EV6)

I think it would be a cleaner install with these. FAST: USCAR Type Connector Kit But they would be a little more work.

I put new ends on mine when I switched to the EV1 connectors, looks much better doing it that way and then there are no splices. You just need a crimper that is made for weather pack connectors.

Well I loaded the procharger in the back of the truck. Going to the shop after work to install. I'll set it to shift around 5800 at first and see how it does. Aiming for 11.3-11.5 afr to start with and a max timing of about 10*. What would be the max idc to be somewhat safe. I was thinking about 90%. Still have about 15-20% of e85 in the tank but its only 1/2 full. If I can get it running good I may go to the t&t Saturday afternoon if it doesn't rain.
