He's saying that in this picture...
You should clock your compressor outlet 15 degrees or so clockwise, so that the angle of your charge pipes going into the intercooler would be greater causing them to be at the same angle as the ones going from your intercooler outlet to the TB.
He's refering to making everything symetrical as if you were looking at the charge pipes from dead ahead and at eye level.

What you say would be nice but I aint redoing it or complicating the matter. I've never built cold side piping before and I'm pleased it turned out as well as it did....with no gaps and all

whats wrong with the belt routing? I've already had it on there and it fits great?????????????
I see what your saying now.....the comments made about rotating the blower 90* threw me off a little bit lol

You gotta read the entire post. My understanding of what mangled said was to rotate the blower perpendicular to how it is sitting, so the TB and blower outlet match. It would be very hard to route the belt if you did that.

Got the intake tubing complete. BOV's installed and IAT sensor bung installed.
Set the radiator down in it. Clearance is tight between the tubing and the fitting....I'm gonna act like that was planned.
Here are some pics...
