I might have missed it but are you running edelbrock heads?

Thanks for the compliments guys. Finally making some progress and I'm fired up.

Yes they are some old *** edelbrocks I bought from spoolin on here. They flow insane amounts of air on the flow bench.

I pulled the motor back out today and fixed a few things. I had to "clearance" the alternator a little and move the rack back about .450" so the alternator would fit. I also had to cut a hole in the mid-plate for the cam sensor plug.

Put the motor back in with the alternator mounted and threw the headers on it. I can't stop taking pics of this thing.

You going to take it back to madman to get scaled after its all together or is the susp setup already dialed in for the most part?

Its going back to him on Monday for a few small things including squaring the new rear up. Probably won't do a final scale till its complete ready to run.

I'm a bit stoked at the fact that your actually gonna push those heads the way they were meant to be pushed! When I had them I could feel them looking at me like "give me a challenge". And I never could!!

As I got them from Spoolin they went 360 on the intake. I since had longer valves installed, new valve job with a little "blend" work done by Greg Good and spring pockets cut for larger springs. I think they went something like 370 at .700 when it was all said and done.
