The caps appear to have stayed still. There is no fretting or material transfer.

Thrust bearings looked perfect

I was looking at it tonight and it appears you're right. The silver section appears to have moved. May give ATI a call tomorrow.

Pulley does not whip around. If you go back and look, I have a machined bushing that I use to perfectly align the crank cogs on the balancer. Without it, there is no way to center it.

What is it they say about mocking bird mouths and humming bird ***..........or whatever.

I'll have to stay quiet until that can become a reality. I've got another major issue to take care of in the garage as it is.

I'm just messing with ya.

When you build it, we will be waiting. This could get real fun real fast. Or get real fast and be real fun...

Gotta rep a little Bob @ AEI, Inc.

If anyone needs anything related to custom mounting accessories on the front of a motor plated LS.........this is the man to talk to. Excellent customer service, willing to discuss options and very reasonable prices.

Originally, I had the idea that I was gonna have to hang the fuel pump out a mile off the motor plate and run a 7 foot mandrel and fight that non-sense. I knew about mounting the fuel pump cog behind the balancer, but figured that option was out because I have my trigger wheel back there. He says we can squeeze it in and it will work perfect.........parts on the way.

I was informed by Frankenstien today that all the pieces have arrived at there shop and all they are waiting on is the welder to get the second set of bungs in there. Am told I'll have it next week. We'll see.....

Morris is working on the blower........

Still debating on trying to build a set of headers. Never done that and I'm intimidated. lol

If I can work it in before February, I'll do it, but not selling the Kooks so I can still run it. This thing is begging for a 2 1/2" header!

Nice! He did a d1sc and an f1r for me a while ago and they showed impressive gains. Thinking about sending my f1c for a little work.

I actually just contacted Bob at AEICNC yesterday about making a custom blower pulley for my whipple and the prices and time were very resonable I think.
