But Blown06 you better have gotten a pt shirt, considering you're the most viewed project on the forums, it would be a shame for you not to be representing it!

Probably a bad time to remind you of it considering there is only 3 hours left to order...
Sounds like pt needs to donate one my way. lol

I'll take a 2xl.

Just curious why stop at a 10.5" tire? Is something wider just not needed or are you out of room between the frame and fender?

Best build thread I've read on any site, love this truck, give you a lot of props for sticking it out and not quiting on it, especially on the wiring part lol I'm also from Houston area looking forward to seeing this truck at the track some time.

Did you happen to pull a tape on the strong arm lca to determine how much lower and farther out the shock mount is vs the stock lca?

It should not need a bigger tire. Bigger tires slow you down. Looks like I could run a 14" wheel and a 31x10.5w if I wanted.

Any idea what kind of section width you would be dealing with on a 14" wheel? I'm wondering if a 16" section width is too much from frame rail to fender.

The frame rail wouldn't be an issue, the inside of the bed wheel well would

I looked into it at one time but don't remember exactly what the section of a 31x10.5w is on a 14" wheel. I just remember that it would clear between the fender and the frame.
