My first bike was a Yamaha DT100. Moved on to an R5 350 then an RD400.

Good times.

I'm always on the look out for vintage (pre 1980) dirt bikes or motorcycles. I can usually make a buck or two on those.
The old bikes are starting to pull big money. I like all the little odd stuff. Recently scored a 69 and 76 z50. Found a really cool mr50 for sale and I'm not shitting you the guy would NOT sell it to me. He just kept saying your too big for it. You ever mess with cr500? A supermoto build of one of those will prob be the next street bike.

I haven't done any 500cc 2-smoke dirt bikes. I've ridden a kx500 but wasn't that impressed. I think it was wore out. lol

Back to the truck ****.

Got the front dummy'd back up for coil over measurements. Machinist did a killer job on the spindles. Everything fits like it should now and wheel/tire is tucked back under the fender like it's supposed to be. Pics!

I called ridetech today to ask them about the upper arms. The guy on the phone, while not a fabricator, said they look the same to him. When I look at them, I swear the ball joint mounting pad is not 100% square to the arm mounts. What bothered me even more is that when I put my two arms side by side they look the same. So if they are different, I would have 2 left or right sides.

I may have to rig up a nasa measuring system to check these out. It's bothering the **** outta me.

So, the guy on the phone who works at Ridetech could not answer your simple question? ("Looks the same")??? He should know. Makes me question their products and I was leaning towards a whole RideTech suspension. Did you get the janitor or what??
