Very nice write up man. Are the cats pretty close to the stock location?

The cats are in the stock location. the only pieces that were modified were the adapters from the header flanges to the cats. The driver and passenger side pieces of the y pipe were cut off about an inch and a half forward of the cats, and the adapters connected the headers to it. Everything fit great.

Those are very nice, I may have to swap over to a set of those.

Thanks. I think the tune needs to be dialed in, only picked up about .1-.2 with them. There is definitely more to be had after it's dialed in.

A few updates. The VHT high temp paint didn't hold up... I think I didn't get them clean enough before primer. Oh well. No big deal. I also noticed that the passenger side header is pretty close to my trans cooler lines when I was underneath the truck this weekend. Going to get a piece of heat wrap on the lines to protect them. Other than that they have been great no complaints at all.

Did you update your tune for the headers?
