Thanks bud. No, no cut-outs. I was thinking about one, but decided it wasn't worth it. Plus I didn't have the cash for it. Talked to Justin, and he told me a re-tune wasn't worth the cost of shipping for the PCM. He has a set of Bassani's on his SSS and he said the adjustments are very minor. I'm going o get a set of 3.73's or 3.90's and probably have him make the adjustments then. Unless he does a tuning day somewhere closer than Sandy Eggo.

I re-used the stock gaskets and bolts with no problems. The stock gaskets are a multi-layer steel gasket, as long as they aren't damaged go ahead and use them. I took a scotch brite pad and cleaned any rust or carbon off of them first. i used a wire brush on the bolts before putting them back in. I would us the original hardware rather than what comes with the headers. My friend Adam's Pacesetters came with grade 5 bolts, stockers are 8.8's.

To clarify the Bassani header hardware is nice 12 point quality bolts. I've had them off and on a few times with no issues, leaks or broken bolts. The Bassani's are a premium piece.

That's some slick work Steve-o. I love how clean the work to the headers was.

I loved those headers when I ran them on BRT.

Never saw the Bassani hardware, headers didn't come with them. I was talking about the Pacesetter stuff that a friend's headers came with.

Thanks! My buddy Christian did the welding and he did a great job. He's building a Baja bug with a full cage and custom suspension and light bars. So I knew he could weld better than I could. I had to cut up the adapters pretty good just to make them work, but it was worth it
