I don't have the patience to let these kinds of projects drag on...I want it done, and I want it done now, lol.
I drove the truck to work today, and it rides a lot better than it did before. The axle shims got rid of a slight driveline vibration that I had before, and it rides quite a bit better without the overload springs in there too. I still want to have the balance on the wheels checked, I think it might be off a little, but it's not bad. Probably a 50% improvement over where it was before.
I need to have the front end aligned again, I've changed enough stuff (ride height and tie rod sleeves) that it's off. I did check the UCA adjuster bolts and they are maxed out...are there different UCA's that I can get to allow it to be aligned properly again if they can't get the camber in spec?

Yep, it went out today
What do you guys think of these angles? I know the diesel guys like to have everything flat to keep from bending tie rods, I'm hoping slightly negative will be ok since some of the weight will transfer to the rear when launching.

You can get 2* offset bushings for your upper control arms. There are also aftermarket eccentrics for another 1 1/2* if you need more.
