Default ouch

Sorry to hear about the continued back luck guys !
Hopefully you can get it together and hit the throttle long enough to put a huge grin on your face. Sounds like Roger has busy shop out there.

Could always be worse I suppose. I saw the pistons and the head yesterday. It's amazing what a very small piece of foreign object can do inside a motor.

Roger is slammed and pushed other higher paying work aside to get my truck diagnosed and torn down. He has gone out of his way and bent over backwards multiple times on my truck. It pays to have a good and trustworthy shop to take your vehicles to.

The pistons are going to be the only thing we really have to wait for. Hopefully if all goes well we will get them sometime early to mid next week and then we can start torquing down bolts and adding fluids again.

Wait, what? I thought you were getting winter tires; a little early for studs isn't it? I must've missed something. This thread moves too fast to go back and re-read it...

Not sure what happened to the original one... or what's happening to the current one that got mangled. That's up to Roger.

Don't stand your studded tires up like that on the face of the wheel below it. Those tungsten carbide studs will quickly & easily **** up your brand new black paint on the wheel below.
