Y pipe so you can have both sides of the exhaust pushing the turbo. most people ive seen run single turbo run the swept foward turbo manifolds and connect them right in front of the engine pulley and run e-fans. or run a remote mount after a normal y pipe. all the sts turbo kits maintain the cats.

Im sorry, now i see what you mean. I thought you were saying a y pipe after turbo. If you mean pre-turbo, thats exactly what i did. I made a custom header on the passenger side going to turbo and driver side is going out of manifold, under the trans, back up into the engine compartment and also going to turbo. The downpipe after turbo is just sticking out by the front bumper right now. Ill later get some pics up. And cats, i dont see why i would need them here.

If you dont want cats and could get by without them then dont get them. Like i said that was just if it was mine. i hate straight pipe personally. sounds like **** with it all raspy on all the cars ive heard or owned with it like that.

Well, this is not really a daily driver so i can get by with some louder exhaust. And i just got this thing running and drove it a little on 10 psi but the trans is not shifting good and is slipping. Found out that the guy i had to make it 2wd, forgot to install the "reluctor wheel" or however its called where the vss takes its reading from how fast its going. Now i had to pull the trans and its sitting at the shop waiting to fixed. More updates coming soon.

Well havent really had time to post some updates. Here are some crappy phone pics. Running on 11 psi of boost right now. Tune still needs some work. Im in the process of making some better hot side and i need to really really clean up the engine bay. Looks like crap. Also, an ls1 intake is going on soon. Ford 8.8 rear end is already under there. Need to take some pics of that too.
