Well the cam is not from lunati, only the springs are. But the cam is a mti c2. Not really a turbo cam but i think it should be better than stock. I would not have put this cam in but i had a really good deal on it with some hardened pushrods on ls1tech, so i thought i would try and see what happens. But im am for sure going to be buying a bigger and better cam soon. Btw its a 224/224 .581/.581 112lsa.

Yeah, i thought i would install some good springs once and for all. My friend has a 4.8 turbo and running he is running stock springs. He told me that he could not rev the engine over 5000 under boost but he doesnt believe the springs are the problem. Now i will show him that mine revs 6000+ with no problem. lol. What specs are the cam that you are talking about?

Yeah, that cam would work really good with boost. No offense, but if i would buy a new cam, i would always buy from Howard cams. Little cheaper but same quality as comp cams.

I personally have a howard cam in my daily truck and so far i have had zero problems with it. When i bought it, shipping and everything was great. No complaints about it so far.

i bought a howard cam used. i found a mistake in the grind. The customer service that howards displayed was awesome. they replaced the cam for free even though i was not the original purchaser. would do business with them again.
