You'll definitely want the intercooler in front of the radiator.

Thank you, but how can i get the pipe that exits above the intercooler over the radiator support and enter the tb? I could cut open the radiator support but i think it would weaken it too much. Any ideas of how to place the intercooler and the piping?

it's tight on these little trucks. i saw one truck that punched holes in the front bumper and mounted the intercooler in front of the bumper. it looked like ***, but it did the job.

or consider going to a blow through carb. the dense fuel charge through the intake does a decent job of cooling things down.

No offense but i dont like carburators. Everyone knows what he likes but they are just not for me. But i think i can fit the intercooler somewhere.

Here are some pics of how i got the intercooler. It is still not secured in place but this is how i see how it will work the best. Both the rad and the intercooler are leaning a little towards the engine. What do you guys think?

Will need to cut that piece i circled in red open to clear the pipe that will go to the tb.
