Those should go down to the transmission. There is a switch on the shift Lever on the driver side of transmission that is for the PRNDL There is 2 differnet styles. 1 uses a single plug which I believe is what an 05 would have. The other uses 2 seprate plugs which I believe is 01 and down... The other Grey round plug near the rear of the left side of the trans would be were the TCC would go

The White plug I will have to check on.
I was under the impression the loose wires were the ones for the transmission. If there not I would have to get a wiring diaghram and look at the color and were it connects on the harness.

Been working on the harness the last couple of days and this is what I got:
LQ4 Harness:
GRN - A/C Compressor Clutch Supply Voltage
Grn/Wht - A/C Compressor Clutch Relay Control
Blue - A/C Low Pressure Sensor Signal
Grn - Park/Neutral Start Sw Signal
Lt Grn - Park/Neutral Sw Signal
Purple - TCC Brake Sw/Cruise Release
White - Engine RPm Signal
Grn/Wht - Veh. Speed Signal
OBS Harness:
PPL/Wht - VSS Signal
LT Grn/Blk - VSS Return Signal
LT Grn - Unknown Goes to 4 terminal plug near steering column, only 3 terminals used
(2) Brown - Ignition Fused Feed?
Blk/Wht - Ground
Thick Yellow
Thick Pink
This is what I have so far, not sure what Else I need to remove from the OBS harness besides the engine controls. I left the Oil Press. and Water temp sensors in tact so that they can keep the guages functional.

FWIW I checked the other day and that white plug comes from the PCM and goes down the firewall toward the rear of the truck. It's tucked under the fuse block box. Hope that helps.

More wiring...

Blah...

Old Wires...

Installed the S&P Oil Pressure Sending Unit Adapter, OEM Adapter, and Sending Unit. I forgot to get a pic of the sending unit before I bolted the intake down, but you get the idea.

Power Steering Hose

Heater Hoses Routed...

The owner wants to use the stock Battery Box and just use a cold air intake, so I'm using the OEM Battery Cables. Here is the Cable routed under the TB to the Alternator

S&P Water Temp Sensor Adapter

Mounted the Electric Fans on the Radiator, Using a Nelson Performance Fan Wiring Kit to wire up the fans, pretty straight forward install

Mounted the OBDII Connector under the dash

Still have to finish up the fuel pump, drill the trans crossmember, Connect the Trans Lines, Y-Pipe, and The Solder the Stock Harness into the Nelson Harness.
