Thats one of the fancy catch cans that have check valves built in so you can still have PCV working when theres no boost

So all engines have blow by, when you boost something you get more blow by, you cant leave the stock PCV or else youll pressurize your crankcase and have a boost leak. So you could just put a valve cover breather on but I think oil splatters everywhere because of the boost and the extra blow by, so the can will catch the oil and the crank case is still vented

Someone correct me i im wrong im only 17 here lol

some one mentioned to me I needed to add a one way valve to the brake booster vacuum line but didnt know all this........more parts to order.....snowball effect at its finest

I'm already thinking I should just build the block since every thing else is new, the only thing thats old at this point is bearings, rings, pistons & rods.......

any way you get those leaks worked out?

Yeah tell me about the snowball effect, I was planning on spending like 1500 on everything that wasnt the turbo kit, that didnt happen....

I think you should already have a check valve in the booster line from the factory. The catch can was $50 on ebay and you can get the fittings at your local home depot if you wanted to. You can just run a breather and see what happens

I tried doing that on my 87 stuck one in the valve cover and it smelled I pulled the breathers and ran hose to the intake....

so where does the catch can get fed from and can it vent into the intake?

So Ive been reading around about rear ends and what not and how horrible the g80 is in 10 bolts. How is it in 14 bolts? And I have the 10.5 full floater cause my truck is a HD. And this truck will see the track a hand full of times but itll get beat on the street more than likely.

Like lets say hypothetically I were to do donuts something id never think about doing with a 500 hp truck... Would it explode more than likely?
