Yeah, I talked to Charlie and he said to go over those spark plug wires, also going to check to make sure I didn't unplug something while installing other things. I suspect the plug wires though because like I said, I had to pull on them pretty good to get them off. Might have damaged one.

Swapped the plug, the wire, the coil pack and still nada. Turned out to be a clogged fuel injector. Put one in from my 4.8L fuel rail and seems to be running pretty smooth even on the 4.8 tune.

I'm guessing the injectors were the same between the 4.8 and 5.3? I haven't looked at my 4.8injectors, or researched it.
