Exclamation 370 built for future turbo build

So I figured I'd start an official thread that I can ask questions in. As the title said I'm starting to build a 370 but not finding specific information I want to know.

Will pick the block up on Sunday but it's been sitting in a shop with the cylinders greased and completely wrapped up from when It was sent to the machine shop ~ 5 years ago.

What I know I want to do is run L92 heads with ls3 car intake. Already have the intake, rails, injectors, and bolts. For now the heads will be milled but I don't remember how far. This is just until I can get a turbo kit purchased in the future and everything that goes with that kinda power.

The idea is to build the internal and not have to touch it again so I'm looking at either Eagle H Beam 6.125 with ARP 2000 bolts for 489.99 or Scat H Beam 6.125 with ARP 2000 bolts. Both are rated to 900hp and are available from TSP.
I don't know how to calculate compression so this is the main place I need your input. I'll probably get Diamond Forged pistons with rings but not sure on what -CC dish would land me in the 9.1-9.5 CR Range with stock l92 heads or what rings to get with it. Looking at $817.98 for the D1151x pistons with Diamond pro select Plasma Moly Ring set.

I have a 4k budget and need help making sure nothing is over looked.

If I get the Scat Rods and diamond Pistons that puts me at $1328 +SH for the short block. Figure 150-250 for a balance = ~$1578
The block already has Double roller timing chain and IIRC an LS2 oil pump. For added security I should probably put in LS7 Lifters so there's ~150. IIRC the block already has all of the gaskets.

So that's:
Rings/Pistons $818
Rods $510
Lifters $150
244/248 .612/.615 cam $275
Should be able to trade Pushrods to guy with cam if needed.
L92 heads ~$650 conservatively
I thought there was some dual vavle springs by PAC for 250-300 but i'm not finding them. Lil help on that please.

That's roughly $2703 with ~1300 to spare plus my regular paycheck. I'm sure I should add ~300 for a fuel pump so that's 1k left

What do you think?

Realistically the 4k is a starter pouch. I can go over on this n that over a few months if I need to.

Edit: I'm well aware the cam won't be choice for boost. That will be changed in the future when I get to that point. For now it's N/A with the possibility of spray from time to time. Not decided on that tho.

I was looking at callies too for about the same price. This is the kind of feedback I want.
Not sure what brands are best to go with. I don't want to build the internals cheap but don't want all out dragster parts. I can get a lot done with 4k + some and would like to take full advantage of it.

I would get a steel ring instead of the plasma/moly

Does anyone know the advantage of running an L92 piston apposed to an ls1 piston? TSP doesn't show to have a 4.030 Diamond Forged L92 piston but i'm sure they can get one.

Also I know I need a 90mm-110mm throttle body. Anyone know anything about the ls3 pre 09 vs 09 + throttle bodies working on these builds? I seen where people with an 08 car using 09+TB would have TP codes because the blade opens in another direction.

I I'm also looking at building a 370 even though id like to build a 376 its just bored 4.065 instead of 4.030 I don't think I've heard of anyone boring a 6.0 block that much that's what is holding me back from doing it.

I wouldnt bore it past 4.040 if you plan on big boost or nitrous, and 4.060 if you are NA. Cylinder walls just become way too thin.

I like this compression ratio calculator, http://www.csgnetwork.com/compcalc.html

I think that anything over .040 needs to be sonic tested. but I cant remember the exact bore.
